  • Blue light and our eyes: Blue light comes from the sun which is called ultraviolet rays, and this is very harmful to our eyes. This blue light increases the risk of many eyes disease. Even from the digital screens, the blue light will come and it will harm our eyes too. According to experts, 50% of computer users affects by digital eyestrain and vision syndrome. Some more symptoms are included such as dry, irritated eyes, blurred vision. 
  • Blue light and cancer: According to a study, it is found that if you are staying in contact with blue light for more time then you will be the victim of cancer. The people who work the night shift on the computer screen have more chances of face cancer. Because of blue light, many types of cancer can happen such as breast, prostate, and colorectal cancers.
  • Blue light and sleep: Screen time, is mainly affected your sleep. Because of the blue light in the night, you cannot sleep properly. The blue light that comes from electronic devices is messed up your circadian rhythm and sleep cycle. It affects your mind and gives a signal t your brain to wake up when it should be winding down. So, try to power down your screen device at least 3 hours before you go to bed.
  • Blue light and kids: Kids’ eyes do not filter the blue light, as your eyes do. If your child uses too many mobile devices or sees a screen then it may increase the chances of obesity, nearsightedness, and ADHA. If you don’t want that your child gets any of the problems then tries to give them a smartphone for less time and they do not watch more screens. But if your child wants the screen games then give them half an hour of bedtime.
